Managed IT service provider puts MSP founder at the helm.
Convergence Networks announced today that Michael Maddox has been appointed new President of the company. An experienced business leader, Maddox will work with current CEO Mathew Lafrance to continue to grow the organization. Mike Maddox worked as CEO and President of Application Specialist Kompany, ASK, for 18 years, before merging with Convergence Networks out of Ottawa, ON, and Portland, OR in 2021.

While at ASK, Mike made a number of improvements to the business, including establishing a formal philanthropic program, growing the business revenue by 400%, and launching several new IT service offerings.
Mike Maddox received a Bachelor’s in Organizational Leadership from Calvin University and studied Economics at the University of Michigan.
