September 21, 2021: Convergence Networks is pleased to announce the appointment of two new board members, J.P. Panzica with Accelerate Partners and Paul Dippell with Service Leadership, Inc.

The board of directors for Convergence Networks provides the company with industry expertise as well as strategic planning guidance to help achieve its goal to become North America’s largest people-centric managed service provider. Each brings a unique skillset and expertise to the board.
J.P. Panzica is an MSP expert with a focus in technology sales and executive leadership. His extensive career experience in the technology, telecommunications, financial, and management consulting industries, and experience in mergers and acquisitions and accelerated sales strategies, will help set the direction for Convergence Networks’ growth plan. Panzica continues to serve as the CEO of Accelerate Partners, an independent firm of telecommunications, cloud, and data specialists, while serving on multiple boards for growing companies. Prior to Accelerate Partners, Panzica served as the Chief Revenue Officer at Thrive and Director of Sales at Equinix.
Paul Dippell is a luminary in the MSP industry, serving executives of technology and solution providers. With nearly forty years of experience in executive coaching, consulting, and channel management, Dippell will help assist in setting objective benchmarks. With Dippell’s experience in the managed services industry, he will also provide the executive team with MSP best practices and upcoming trends. Dippell is widely known for forming Service Leadership Index® Operational Maturity Level™ peer groups and his dedication to helping MSPs gain insight into and scale their operations.
In December 2020, Convergence Networks announced its merger with Grade A, an Ottawa-based managed service provider. Later, in April 2021, Application Specialist Kompany (ASK) also joined the newly formed entity. The mergers were done in partnership with private equity firm, Riverside Partners.
